1. Purpose of the contract
These terms govern the purchase of products offered on www.silicium.com. By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these general terms and conditions.
2. Orders
Orders can be placed via the website or through other available channels. The customer must provide accurate and complete information. Placing the order implies acceptance of prices, shipping costs, and payment terms.
3. Prices
Prices include VAT and are shown in euros. Shipping costs will be calculated before completing checkout. Prices may be changed without prior notice, but the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed will apply. For orders outside the EU, duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Payment methods
We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. The order will be processed after payment confirmation. Any bank charges arising from non-payment will be borne by the customer.
5. Delivery and transport
Products are shipped from our warehouses. The customer must check the condition of the order upon receipt. Any issue must be reported in writing within 5 days. SILICIUM is not responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, provided the product has not been opened or used. To exercise this right, contact us by email and include the order number. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Legal warranties
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under current Spanish law.
8. Loyalty and rewards programs
- Orders on the website automatically generate a 3% reward, valid for one year.
- Referring new customers allows you to accumulate 1 € per registration and an additional 5 € after their first purchase.
9. Retention of title
SILICIUM retains ownership of the products until full payment of the order, including any interest or expenses.
10. Intellectual and industrial property
Silicium’s trademarks, images, texts, and visual elements are protected by intellectual property rights. Their reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited. Any technical document provided to the customer remains the property of SILICIUM and may not be copied, transferred, or used without express consent.
11. Force majeure
SILICIUM will not be liable for delays or failures due to force majeure such as strikes, natural disasters, shortages, or government measures.
12. Terms for resellers and distributors
SILICIUM reserves the right to cancel supply to resellers who:
- Do not provide clear legal information about their tax and health identity.
- Sell products below the minimum established price.
- Use images or texts not authorized by SILICIUM.
- Operate on platforms or stores that harm the brand image.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Tarragona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
