What benefits does silicon have for the human body?

Can enough silicon be obtained through diet?

No, current diets do not cover daily silicon needs
which are approximately 15-35 mg/day. Independent studies have shown that oral silicon intake from food has an absorption rate of only 2-3% in adults. Silicon levels in the body decrease with age, with absorption being much higher in the early years of life (adolescence, preadolescence).

Can enough silicon be obtained by consuming horsetail in tablets or powder form?

The same British study mentioned in previous questions indicates that horsetail extract has only a 4-5% absorption rate. It has also been shown that excessive consumption of horsetail extract can be harmful to the body, as it puts enormous strain on the liver,
kidneys, and urinary tract. Likewise, horsetail extract has other contraindications, as it should never be taken by anyone who has problems with
blood clotting and/or who is taking medication for the
heart.

What is the recommended dose of silica, and how should I take it?

The recommended standard dose of silicon is 30 ml per day, divided into two 15 ml servings:

- One in the morning, on an empty stomach.
- Another, 15 minutes before a main meal.

In situations that require a higher intake—such as physical recovery, advanced joint wear, or silicon deficiency—the dose may be increased to 60 or even 90 ml per day, split into 2 or 3 servings. To enhance its effectiveness, it is recommended to keep the liquid in your mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. This promotes absorption through the gums (sublingual route). You may notice a slight tingling sensation, which is completely natural and related to neuromuscular activation.

What is the difference between the G7 Original and the G7 Siliplant?

We’ll clear that up for you! Silicium G7 Original is a silicon of mineral origin. Its raw material comes from rocks called silicates, which undergo laboratory treatment, and its final molecule is organic. This means that a carbon atom is attached to its molecule, making it more stable and easier to absorb.

Recommended use of G7 Original: recommended for
long-term skin problems or conditions and external applications;
also for autoimmune or rare diseases.

In contrast, Silicium G7 Siliplant is the natural version of G7 Original, as it is of plant origin,
from certified organic farming. Its natural molecule, called
orthosilicic acid (OSA), is very unstable in nature, but thanks
to our exclusive Siliplant process and treatment, it remains
stable. It contains no artificial preservatives, only a natural preservative: rosemary.

Recommended use of G7 Siliplant: it is more beneficial for joint, muscle, or tendon issues, as well as for detoxifying aluminum from the body.

How is Silicium silicon different from other silicon products on the market?

Silicium products have the highest absorption rate on the market, according to extensive clinical trials carried out by an independent research project in the United Kingdom. This is because it consists of a bond between silicon molecules and water, whereas other silicon products are a suspension of silicon within a liquid, gel, or powder.

It is also worth noting that it is the only truly organic and biological silicon on the market. This is important because our bodies absorb and use organic-based minerals. Inorganic minerals are more difficult for our bodies to use.

Do your products have any restrictions?

Our silicon products are compatible with any medication or dietary supplement, although if you are looking to achieve a greater effect, it is best to leave a one-hour gap before or after taking the medication.

Likewise, silicon and calcium compete for the same absorption, for that reason it is best to wait a digestive cycle of 4 to 6 hours between consuming one and the other.

Contraindications with other products and/or medications

Our silicon products are completely non-toxic and have no restrictions or contraindications regarding their use with other products, including prescription pharmaceutical products.

How long should a bottle last me?

Each bottle of our products includes a measuring cup. It contains 66.65 servings of 15 ml per daily dose, so one bottle can last you a total of 66 days.

Considerations for storing/keeping the bottle at home

All bottles are printed with a batch number and an expiration date; the product can remain unopened until the expiration date indicated on each package.
G5 and G7 silicon do not contain preservatives; a bottle requires refrigeration after opening in order to prevent growth. The product can remain in the refrigerator for up to 6 months after it has been opened.
Our bottles do not contain BPA and are amber-colored to improve preservation and protect them from ultraviolet light.

What does it taste and smell like?

A dose of any of our silicon products is similar to drinking still mineral water;although it is normal for a lingering aftertaste and smell from the silicon source from which it was extracted to remain. It is colorless.As we mentioned earlier, it may leave a tingling sensation in the mouth.

How long do I need to start noticing the effect?

The extent to which someone feels a benefit will depend largely on the person's age and state of health. Likewise, the most immediate effect comes after topical use on a wound, damaged skin, or even when used to rejuvenate wrinkles or expression lines.
