At Silicium, we work to ensure that you receive your order quickly, safely, and transparently.

Below, we provide all the information related to our shipping.


Shipping zones

We ship to the following destinations:

  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands)

    • Free shipping on orders over 45€
    • Shipping cost: €7 on orders under €45
  • Canary Islands
    We currently do not ship directly to the Canary Islands due to customs costs.

  • Ceuta and Melilla

    • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout
    • Customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer

    • Free shipping from 45€
    • Shipping cost: €10 on orders under
  • Other European destinations (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Overseas Departments and Territories, etc.)

    • The cost is calculated automatically based on weight and destination
    • The customer must bear any potential customs duties
  • Outside the European Union

    • We do not ship to Latin America or Central America
    • For other available countries:
      • The cost is calculated automatically
      • The customer is responsible for duties and local taxes

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain and Europe: 2 to 4 business days from dispatch
  • Bulky orders (+5 kg): 3 to 5 business days
  • International shipping: 3 to 7 business days

⚠️ These timeframes may be affected by public holidays, customs procedures, or external causes (weather conditions, logistics incidents, etc.).


Order tracking

Once your order has been placed:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • The carrier will send you updates by email or SMS
  • You will be able to track and manage the delivery

Delivery issues

We recommend checking your order upon receipt.

If you detect any issues:

  • Product damaged during transport
  • Incomplete or not received order

You must notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours from delivery via:

For more efficient management, it is advisable:

  • Keep the original packaging
  • Provide photographs of the condition of the package

  • We are not responsible for delays resulting from external causes or customs processes
  • Customs duties and local taxes are not included in the order price
