"Organic" does not mean it comes from a plant. In chemistry, "organic" means it has a bond with carbon. For it to be truly bioavailable organic silicon, it has to be bonded to an organic carbon and absorbed without digestive transformation. 01What is the best type of silicon?+

02What is the difference between organic and colloidal silicon?+
Bioavailable organic silicon (Silicium G7®) is absorbed by your body directly. Colloidal silicon is mineral particles in suspension — only the soluble fraction released slowly is absorbed. For building collagen and extracellular matrix, the difference is huge.
03What about plant-based "silicones" (bamboo, other plants)?+
They provide plant silica — it’s not the same. They are good botanical supplements with their uses . But if you want to rebuild collagen, elastin, or keratin, you need bioavailable organic silicon. The "organic silicon" label in these cases can be misleading.
04What is silicon bioavailability?+
