Liquid silicon is absorbed directly in the intestine, without needing to break down a capsule. It reaches the blood as orthosilicic acid and from there all tissues. Boqué 2021 (CTNS-Eurecat) documented bioavailability twice as high as other oral forms.
The standard dosing for Silicium G7® liquid formulas is 15 ml twice a day, preferably before meals. Absorption of orthosilicic acid is optimal on an empty stomach. Each bottle includes a 15 ml measuring cup; the taste is neutral and the pH is slightly acidic, so it can be taken directly or diluted in water.

The topical range uses liquid organic silicon as the base, at 2,500 mg/L (the highest concentration on the market). Fast penetration and localized action on skin, joints, or tendons.
Apply a thin layer with a gentle massage 3-4 times a day, until fully absorbed. On loaded joints or tendons, it can be applied before and after physical exertion. Compatible with all skin types, including sensitive skin.
To boost the effect on areas with specific joint discomfort, there is a gentle occlusion protocol: apply the gel and cover the area with cling film for 1-5 hours. This helps the active ingredient penetrate more deeply. Practical at the end of the day or during nighttime rest.

The body regulates silicon levels through renal excretion. Excess is eliminated in urine as silicic acid, with no buildup in any organ. This underpins the safety profile accumulated over more than two decades.

OECD GLP studies document the NOAEL at thousands of times above the daily dose. The usual dose of 30 ml/day of Silicium G7® Original provides only 10 mg of bioassimilable silicon, far below any toxicological threshold.
