01How soon do I recover between sessions?+
The athletes who consistently take organic silicon report a 30–40% reduction in the feeling of muscle fatigue between workouts after 4-6 weeks. Silicon helps repair micro muscle injuries and regenerate connective tissue (tendon, fascia, ligament). It is not a stimulant: it is structural. It is more noticeable in impact sports, endurance, and cross-training where tissue damage is chronic.
02Does it work for tendinitis, overuse, and chronic impact pain?+
Yes, like Structural support. Chronic tendinitis and overuse involve deterioration of the tendon’s collagen matrix. Organic silicon provides the cofactor needed to rebuild that matrix. 03Can I combine it with magnesium, creatine, or BCAAs?+
Yes, documented synergy with zinc (muscle contraction/relaxation), BCAAs and protein (muscle synthesis) and Vitamin C (collagen hydroxylation). Creatine acts through another pathway (energy-related) and can be combined without any problems. Just separate it from medications by 1 hour so as not to interfere with absorption.
04Before training (prevention) or after (recovery)?+
The ideal is Daily stable intake, not occasionally. Silicon is incorporated through accumulation in the tissue, not through isolated doses. Recommended guidelines: 15 ml on an empty stomach (G7 Original or Sport Recovery liquid) or 2 capsules with the first meal (G7 Activ+). Topical application (Sport Recovery cream or G7 Gel) after the effort apply to the sore area: cooling effect + local repair in 5-15 minutes.
05What is the difference between silicon and hydrolyzed collagen for athletes?+
The hydrolyzed collagen provides peptides that the body reuses to synthesize its own collagen. Organic silicon The cofactor that activates the enzymes that assemble those fibers is silicon. Without silicon, there is no efficient collagen synthesis, no matter how many peptides you take. They complement each other — they are different pieces of the same puzzle.
06Is there a risk of testing positive on a doping control?+
No. Organic silicon it is not listed on the WADA prohibited substances list (World Anti-Doping Agency). It is a natural mineral, not a stimulant or an anabolic.
