01When will I notice results in skin, hair, and nails taking G7 Beauty?+
The first effects are noticed between 4 and 6 weeks in nails and hair (faster because of their growth rate). In skin, visible changes in firmness and radiance appear from 8-12 weeks. In the Polonini 2019 study (double-blind · 150 days), a −25 % reduction in wrinkles (Visia, Ferreira 2018) and subjective improvement in hair hydration and skin radiance were measured after 5 months.
02Is it useful for alopecia or only for thinning hair?+
G7 Beauty provides the cofactors the follicle needs to synthesize keratin (silicon + biotin + zinc), but it does not treat androgenetic alopecia or other hair loss caused by hormonal or autoimmune factors. If you have a diagnosis of alopecia, consult your dermatologist to coordinate it with your treatment.
03Can I combine G7 Beauty with hydrolyzed collagen?+
Yes, they are synergistic. Hydrolyzed collagen provides the amino acids (peptides), and organic silicon provides the cofactor that activates the enzymes that assemble the new fibers. Taking both strengthens the full synthesis cycle. No documented interactions in 23 years.
04What is the difference between G7 Beauty and G7 Original for skin?+
G7 Beauty is the specific formula with added biotin + zinc + vit C for hair, nails, and skin. G7 Original is the liquid base that covers the full systemic effect (bones + joints + skin at the same time). If your priority is aesthetics, G7 Beauty. If you want a global effect, G7 Original.
05Is it useful for brittle nails or only preventive?+
It works for both. In already brittle nails, silicon + biotin improve keratin structure in 6-8 weeks (the time it takes the nail to grow from the base). For preventive maintenance, 1 capsule a day continuously is enough.
06What dose of G7 Beauty should I take?+
The standard dose is 2 capsules a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch. For preventive maintenance, 1 capsule daily is enough. Always read the instructions on the package and, if in doubt, consult your healthcare professional.
