Your trust is our priority. At Silicium we want your shopping experience to be excellent, from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your home. Below we clearly explain all the conditions related to shipping, returns, withdrawal, payment methods and possible incidents.
Shipping
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
- Free shipping for orders over 45€.
- Shipping cost: 7€ for orders under 45€.
Canary Islands
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands due to customs costs. You can contact our exclusive distributor: Medisport Canarias

Ceuta and Melilla
- The shipping cost is calculated during checkout.
- Customs fees will be added and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order.
Europe (France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, etc.)
- Free shipping for orders from 45€.
- Shipping cost: 10€ if the amount is lower.
Other European destinations
For shipments to DOM-TOM, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Jersey or Canada:
- The system automatically calculates the costs according to weight and destination.
- The customer must assume customs costs.
Outside the EU
We currently do not ship to Latin America or Central America. For other countries:
- The system calculates the cost according to weight and destination.
- The customer must assume local customs duties and tariffs.
Delivery times
- Spain and Europe: 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.
- Heavy orders (+5kg): 3 to 5 days.

International: between 3 and 7 business days.
Delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs or causes beyond our control (strikes, weather, etc.).
Exchanges and Returns
Right of withdrawal. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your order, without the need for justification.

Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for opened products, unsealed sealed items, personalized items or items with a near expiration date.
1. Withdrawal after the deadline .If you request a return after the legal deadline:
- Outbound and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- The product will be inspected. If it is damaged, it will not be refunded.

2. Damage during transport
- Inspect the order upon receipt.
- If there is damage, note it on the delivery note.
- Take photos and notify us within 48 hours.
Keep the original packaging and the label.
3. Defective product
- If it has a fault not related to misuse, we will evaluate it.
- If applicable, we will send you a new one at no cost.
4. Incorrect product
- Report the error within 24-48h of receipt.
- We will cover the exchange at no additional cost.
5. Absence or non-collection. If the package is not delivered due to absence or is not collected:
- The customer assumes the return costs.
Order tracking
- You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation.
- The carrier will send notifications by email or SMS for tracking and delivery changes.
- We include transport insurance up to 24h after delivery. Report damages immediately.
Payment methods
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Redsys.
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer: indicate the order number. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.
Billing
- The invoice includes a breakdown by product and VAT.
- Customs fees do not appear because they are not managed by Silicium.
Important
- Keep the original box and take a photo of the label for returns.
- Check the order upon receipt and note any visible incidents.
- We are not responsible for delays due to external causes or customs retentions.
